Installation was not easy at all. It is a very tight squeeze between grill and radiator so be patient. I suggest the clipping mechanism be designed differently or be stainless steel so it blends in with the grill. Overall, the look is great and I am very pleased. This mesh grille was exactly what I wanted for my vehicle. It makes my car look expensive and sporty. I get so many compliments on it. Very pleased with my purchase. Fits good and is stylish but be aware that installation, as others have pointed out, is somewhat tricky.
The instructions indicate to pull the fascia forward for access to the back of the grill in order to fasten it. I quickly learned that you need to bend the fastener tabs into a U shape and feed them through the front of the grill. Not terribly difficult but requires some mechanical ability. Great product, looks wonderfull on my Chevy Traverse. Very easy to put on. I rate this product a 5 star. The Grill Accent arrived in a few days.
Installation was very easy. I washed the grill area with detergent rinsed and dried it then wiped it down with rubbing alcohol and check the fit before removing the tape from the backing.
Check out this website for help also it has some of the phones and how to pair to your car. Not certain but your best bet will probably be aftermarket, that is one of the reasons for the up charge on trim levels.

The dealer would most likely need to change something in the OnStar system which is never inexpensive. I set up ours in 15 min. LT2 If you have bluetooth then you have to congigure your phone while doing the set up I went on line while in the car laptop with a wireless network that extends to the driveway and followed the insturctions that GM had on there website.
One thing to remember is who ever will be using the cars bluetooth profile must enter then informaton into the cars phonebook so it will recongize there voice. I had an interesting experience with Bluetooth setup in my Trav recently. I bought a new cell phone, and it paired OK, but refused to automatically re-pair when starting the vehicle. This and a number of other things with the phone drove me to return it and try another model cell phone. Turns out that there are some phones that just don't like the GM Bluetooth setup.
Overall Bluetooth is a mixed bag of good and bad. Turned out good for me though, because the 2nd cell phone I bought was much better in so many ways than the one that just didn't like to work in my Traverse.

Maybe the Traverse knew something I didn't? I had a similar experience with my phone I had a LG Wave from Alltel and it was spotty at best at getting it to pair to any GM vehicle in our lot. I now have a LG Scope and it pairs in seconds very reliably, so I would say it is usually the phone not the car. You are unfortunately the victim of an incompetent dealer, with incompetent salesmen.
I know this because I had the exact same problem. I went to 2 different chevy dealers, and was looking at two different 1LT's.
