At s I am seeing a few lv 5s but they are all weak and I can win the majority of the time against them..

Lvl 4 Dragons 7. TH 9 with 2 Xbows lvl 1 or lvl 2 and all of them have Lvl 8 archer towers i wonder why 5and6 normal..
My TH 9 defenseless is just to clean TH 8s that we match But now its unexpected to match TH 9 with xbows. Did SC tweak War Matchmaking now?
